We know getting to the gym is not always about motivation. Sometimes it is about logistics, timing, and having someone you trust to care for your little human so you can take an hour for yourself.
Complimentary childminding is included for All Access members and free trial participants. For Part-Time memberships and class packs, childminding can be purchased casually or in discounted packs to suit your schedule.
Childminding is available at 9:15am Monday to Friday and 4:00pm on Mondays and Thursdays.
Our programs are built around progressive training blocks designed to help you move better, lift stronger, and feel unstoppable. Whether you’re chasing performance, fat loss, or just want to train with purpose, there’s a class here for you.
Frequently asked questions
Are classes suited for beginners?
Yes, our group classes are designed to meet you where you’re at. We’re here to make health and wellness accessible for everyone, no matter your starting point.
Each session is guided by an experienced coach, with a receptionist on hand to walk you through movements, answer questions, and make sure you’re comfortable. Plus, our community is here to support and encourage you as you begin your journey.
With this being said, we understand that coming into a new space can be confronting and overwhelming so our whole team and community will be here to nurture and give your space to start your journey with us.
Do you offer Childminding?
Yes, we offer childminding during select weekday sessions (currently 9:15am and 4:00pm on Mondays and Thursdays).
Complimentary childminding is available for All Access members and free trial participants.
If you are on a Part-Time membership, class pack, or single session, childminding can be purchased per session or as a pack via your dependent’s account.
How do I set up childminding for my child?
If you are using a free trial, please follow the link below to create accounts for both yourself and your child, then use the Wodify booking link to manage your bookings.
If you are already a member, please email us at hello@projectlvlup.com.au and we will help add your child to your account and guide you through booking childminding.
Do you offer a free trial?
You bet! Click the link below to book your free trial through Wodify. Choose “FREE TRIAL” as your purchase option and select your preferred session. If a class isn’t showing up, it may be fully booked.
You can also book sessions a few weeks in advance to secure your spot.

How does your programming work?
Our programming runs on a 12-week conditioning cycle followed by a bridging phase. This cycle is split into three 4-week mesocycles:
General Preparation:
Build a solid foundation, refine your form, and eliminate weak points to prep your body for heavier loads.Powerbuilding:
Experience a mix of power, strength, and hypertrophy training to boost both athleticism and physique.Overachieve:
This is where it all comes together. We push towards peak performance and finish with a final testing week to see just how far you’ve come.
Bridging Phase:
This phase helps you stay strong and refine your skills while giving your body time to reset and recharge before the next cycle.
What is “Open Gym Access”?
Open Gym allows you to use our facility for your own training outside of class times. Whether you’ve got extra goals or want to work on specific skills, this space is designed to help you chase them down.
I have an injury will classes be modified?
We understand the desire to stay active, even when managing an injury. Our coaches are well-versed in modifying exercises to suit a wide range of conditions, ensuring you can keep moving while staying safe.

Can I train if I am Pregnant?
Absolutely! We’d love to support you during this incredible time. Before you start, we do ask that you provide a medical certificate clearing you for exercise.
Your safety (and your little one’s) is our top priority, and we want to ensure we’re equipped to support you every step of the way. If you need guidance on what the certificate should include, email us at hello@projectlvlup.com.au and we’ll help you out.

What if I am running late?
We get it – sometimes life doesn’t go according to plan. Nothing’s worse than hitting that final red light, watching the seconds tick by, only to miss your class. However, we do have a no-late policy in place for good reason.
This policy ensures that everyone is present for the full class demonstrations, which are key to understanding the movements, class flow, and keeping injuries at bay for both you and our team.
To avoid missing out, we recommend aiming to arrive 15 minutes before your session starts.
