How Personalised are your meal plans
Each meal plan is made to suit the individual. No two plans will be the same as every person will have customised nutritional targets, food preferences and lifestyle factors.
Our meal plans are highly personalised to suit your unique needs and goals. When you join, you’ll complete a comprehensive questionnaire covering your current eating habits, food preferences, dislikes, dietary restrictions, and lifestyle factors. Every week, you’ll have the opportunity to update your preferences, including any changes to your goals or budget and ask if you would like a new plan or macros to make your own plan.
What is a Meal Plan
A meal plan is a fully customised single-day eating guide designed to match your specific calorie and macronutrient needs. Each plan includes a full day of meals, typically breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, and dessert, all tailored to your personal goals, preferences, and nutritional requirements.
I have a medical/dietary condition, can I participate?
In most cases, yes! Participation is generally possible as long as it aligns with your treating doctor’s guidance. We are fully equipped to accommodate all dietary preferences and conditions, including vegan, vegetarian, pescatarian, gluten-free, and dairy-free options. For those with medical conditions, please email hello@projectlvlup.com.au to discuss intakes. Your health and safety are our top priorities, and we strive to make our services accessible to everyone.

How many workouts do I need to do each week?
While we recommend a minimum of 2-3 workouts per week, there is no strict requirement for the number of workouts you must complete. We understand that everyone is unique, with different capacities and goals. Your assigned coach will work with you to set realistic and effective workout goals tailored to your individual needs and aspirations. This personalised approach ensures that you get the most out of your time while respecting your body’s limits and your personal commitments.
Can I do the program while pregnant?
We do not allow sign-ups for those who are currently pregnant, as we cannot provide the specialised nutritional guidance required during pregnancy. However, if you happen to become pregnant during the course of the program, it is crucial that you notify us immediately. This will allow us to adjust your participation accordingly.
What if I want more help with meal plans?
No stress — you’ve got options.
You can:

I’m not local — can I still join?
Absolutely!
This program is 100% online and accessible from anywhere in Australia or overseas.
All tools, coaching, tracking and communication are delivered via our apps and emails.
If you’re local to the Sunshine Coast, you also get access to optional discounted InBody scans.
What happens after I sign up?
You’ll receive:

We keep the whole process simple and clear.
When do I receive my custom meal plan?
You’ll receive your plan no later than Friday COB before the next Monday intake.
If you sign up on a weekend, then you may be pushed to the next intake.
What if I don’t like something in my meal plan?
You have 48 hours after receiving your plan to request changes.
Just email your nutritionist and let them know what to adjust.
Do I have to eat everything in my meal plan?
The meal plan is based on your personalised macros, so ideally, yes.
But if you can’t get through all the food in the first week, that’s okay!
This is a starting point, not perfection.
Your coach will guide you if adjustments need to be made.
Do you offer vegetarian, vegan or allergy-friendly meal plans?
Yes! Just list all preferences, allergies and dislikes clearly in your pre-screen form.
If anything changes later, email us so we can update your plan before Day 1.
What apps will I use?
You will use:
Everfit → Check-ins, communication, weekly feedback, habits, forum, performance tests
Cronometer → Your meal plan + tracking your macros
Both will be provided via email invites before the program starts.
Do I have to track my macros?
Tracking is essential for personalised nutrition, especially in Core.
Performance participants receive more guidance and coaching around tracking, but all tiers will track using Cronometer.
What if I don’t know how to track?
Don’t worry, you’re not expected to!
Core and Premium get:

Do I get a training program?
Performance gets all On-Demand Programs as part of their inclusions.
Training programs are an optional add-on for Core and you receive a 15% discount.

Are performance test modules compulsory?
No — they’re optional.
They’re perfect for people who want to see progress in strength, conditioning or hybrid fitness.
What if I don’t submit my check-in?

We strongly encourage you to complete check-ins weekly so your coach can guide you properly.
What if I need more help than my tier provides?
No worries — you can:

How do I ask questions during the program?
All communication happens through Everfit from Day 1.

How do we track results throughout the 8-week program?
We track results using multiple measurable methods, because progress is more than just a number on the scales.
Across the program, you’ll be able to track:

- Optional InBody scans (local only)
- Optional girth measurements using our measurement guides
📸 2. Progress Photos
Inside Everfit you’ll have a dedicated folder for:

These are one of the most powerful and accurate tools for tracking change.

This helps tailor your ongoing nutrition strategy.
What if I don’t have access to an InBody scan?
No problem at all, you can still join the program.
If you don’t have access to an InBody scan, you can use basic bodyweight tracking plus progress photos, which is still effective for monitoring change. You also have the option to take simple girth measurements using our measurement guide inside Everfit.
The scan is helpful, but not essential.
Do you offer online nutrition coaching in Australia?
