Arrival
Please arrive 10mins early and see our friendly crew members at reception to run you through our gym facilities and meet the team.
Once completed feel free to mingle with our community or use our mobility equipment to warm up.
Once our coaches begin demos, the doors are locked and there’s no entry after that, promise it’s nothing personal! It’s all about safety and flow.
Please arrive 15 minutes early so our friendly team can show you around and get you settled. You’ll have time to meet the crew, use our mobility gear, and soak in the vibe. Warming Up
Every class starts off with a full demonstration and warm-up for the session. This demo will introduce you to the section of the programming we are up to and the intentions to set for your session. This will also be an opportunity to talk to the coach about any movements you might want extra assistance on.
Every session starts with a full coach-led warm-up and walkthrough of the workout. This is where you’ll learn the purpose of the day’s session and check in with the coach if you need modifications or support.
Get Sweaty
Whatever the session, prepare to sweat, lift, push and laugh. Our gym is your playground, so let’s have some fun, and push some limits. Each session will be either 1 hour or 30 minutes which will include warm up and cool downs.
Whether you’re lifting, striking, or moving through a circuit, expect to sweat, push boundaries, and maybe even laugh a little. Each session runs for 30 or 60 minutes, with warm-up and cool-down included, so you’re always looked after from start to finish.
Breath it out
All sessions will finish with a group cooldown, stretch or breathwork to aid in optimal recovery. Take this time to celebrate with the people around you for crushing an awesome session!
